SMS sign-in only
Every account is tied to a real phone number — there are no anonymous responses.
Cleaner's name and IIN
Before seeing any orders, a cleaner provides their full name and IIN (national ID number). Clients never see the IIN.
Bans that stick
A banned cleaner can't come back with a new SIM card — new accounts are checked against the IIN.
Address and phone for your pick only
The public feed hides your apartment number, and only the cleaner you choose gets your phone.
Reviews only after a job
Only a client whose request was completed can rate the cleaner.
Complaints go to a moderator
If something goes wrong, report the cleaner on the request page — a moderator can ban them.
We don't run background checks on cleaners. Before the cleaning, check the rating and reviews and talk the details through with the cleaner.

How much does it cost for clients?
Nothing. Signing up, posting requests and getting responses are free. You only pay the cleaner for the cleaning itself.
How do I pay for the cleaning?
Directly to the cleaner. You agree the amount and payment method with them — the site doesn't take payments from clients or hold your money.
Are cleaners checked?
Every cleaner signs in by SMS and provides their full name and IIN before seeing orders. We don't run background checks, so we recommend checking ratings and reviews and agreeing on details in advance.
Who sees my address and phone number?
In the public feed, cleaners see your address without the apartment number. Only the cleaner you choose gets your full address and phone.
What if nobody responds?
Your request stays in the feed for cleaners in your city until you choose someone. New responses appear on the request page.
What if something goes wrong?
Report the cleaner on the request page. The complaint goes to a moderator, who can ban the cleaner — and they can't sign up again with the same IIN.
